The curriculum is designed for parents and caregivers of children all ages who would like strategies to create healthy screen habits at home. No matter where you are on the journey I am here to meet you there.

The curriculum is 6 weeks long. There will be a weekly video and homework to jump in yourself and then a live call. During the time that we are not meeting you will have to availability for support in telegram, a free coaching platform.

This is normal. My favorite quote is, “It always gets harder, before it gets better.” This is true for screens, we aim at making small changes towards the bigger goals. It will take time, hard work and consistency.

This curriculum is built with you in mind first. We take your goals and work towards them rather than rigid screen limits. We are going to be doing intense work alongside each other, whether that is jumping in working with me individually or alongside other families for support we are in it together to build healthy habits, strengthen relationships and develop household routines you are confident in.

The curriculum will be web-based, you will receive a video with homework attached where you can print off you would like. There will be a resource tab within the application that also holds printable resources for you.

Yes! The more, the merrier. I prefer if both parents can be involved as then we are all on the same page working together.

While all families are different, many parents or caregivers experience:
-More playtime with toys and things outside of screens together

-More imaginative play from your child
